About Your Bill
Monthly utility bills are prepared, mailed, and received by the Finance Department at Town Hall, located at 500 N. Main Street. Utilities that may be included are electric, water, sewer, solid waste, and stormwater.
Payment Processing
Your online payment will show as "Pending" until the payment is processed the next business day. Your account balance will not be reduced until payment processing is complete.
Other Methods of Payment
In addition to our online payment option, payments may be made at Town Hall (inside at the Revenue Office or outside via the drop box located to the left of the front door), automatically withdrawn from your bank account by enrolling in automatic withdawal (return form to the Revenue Office), or mailed to the Reveue Office at: P.O. Box 220, Tarboro, NC 27886.
